Turns out The people below us were using the BBQ'er Under the stair case! How stupid! Its 12am, they're drunk, music blasting, and the fire got out of control, however was contained. The entire complex was evacuated because of stupidity, and the lifes of everyone in the apt complex were put in jeopardy! No ticket was issued to the two friends who did this.
