Local DSL Company

So I ordered DSL for our new house and was told 2-2 1/2 weeks before it could be installed. A fucking month later they show up. Reason for the delay was the installers do 1 to 2 jobs a day and go home. What the fuck. How dumb are these fucks. And I had to get a stupid house phone that I use like NEVER.
